Governance As Code
Every policy, protocol and standard in the knowledge graph, with what it governs and what implements it. Rules are written once, linked to what they cover, and anchored on the provenance chain.
Today this layer maps governance; it does not yet enforce it automatically. Where a rule is already enforced in Place & Space (for example the Circle Steward Rules or the Control Plane), the enforcing page is linked from the rule’s own description. Compliance tooling for regulated organisations lives in VERAI, not here.
