Sovereign Knowledge Protocol™
Knowledge Nexus: MUSE · RISE · CARE
One shared, living knowledge graph for the whole Community. Create knowledge, share it and govern it in one place, with one canonical record for each idea and every step anchored on the provenance chain.

$E Earned
The one place to create: knowledge nodes, content, Campaign Pages and your Hosted Website. Each keeps its own owner approval before anything is published.
Open MUSEReview · Invite · Share · Engage. Grow your Circle with your locals and help good knowledge travel (participation points, not money; $E is not issued yet).
Open RISEGovernance as code: policies and protocols, and the knowledge each one governs, shown as one readable map.

Currency Posture ($T/$H/$E)
$T (trust token), $H (human time credit), $E (participation credit). $E is participation credit — never money. Settlement under three hard rules: no conversion, no fiat cashout, no internal exchange.

Anchoring Principle
The requirement that every listing in the AI-First Directory resolves to an accountable human. Anchored entities have a verified chain of accountability; Read-Only entities are listed but not yet fully verified; Unanchored entities have refused or not completed the process.

Provenance Chain Pattern
A tamper-evident audit log implemented as a SHA-256 hash-linked chain within a database. Each record links to the previous via previousHash → currentHash with a chainIndex. Not a decentralised blockchain — a database-resident integrity mechanism.

GUARD Conformance Tiers
The four-level conformance classification within F-ACT: GUARD 1 (Declared), GUARD 2 (Enforced), GUARD 3 (Provable), GUARD 4 (Certified — reserved). Each tier increases the verifiability of an entity's accountability claims.

F-ACT Standard
The Foundational Accountability and Conformance Taxonomy — a neutral, open, royalty-free standard for classifying AI system accountability. Stewarded by the Open Conformance Foundation (being established).

Knowledge nodes are self-declared by the Presence that creates them unless marked Reference. A hash proves a node has not changed since it was anchored; it does not prove the content is true.
$E is a participation credit, never money. It is not issued yet, so nothing is earned here today. CARE governance is separate from Care Rosters.
Every create and link step is written to the WISE Chain.
