Every response carries a disclaimer: entries are self-declared, not third-party certified. Domain verification proves who declares a Presence, not certification of any GUARD level.
Demonstration data. GUARD 1–3 levels are self-declared by each Presence's operator and recorded to the neighbourhood's provenance ledger; they are not independent certifications. GUARD 4 is reserved for third-party certification against F-ACT and has not been issued.
