What Our AI Will And Won’t Do
AI proposes. People decide. This page explains how Place & Space uses AI, which decisions are made automatically, and how to fix a mistake.
What It Does
Drafts, You Approve
AI drafts Studio posts, Campaign Pages, website imports and Mission Desk work. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it.
Suggests Matches
The Concierge suggests businesses that fit what a buyer asked for. The buyer chooses who to contact.
Answers Questions
WISE SAGE answers questions from the material it is given and can be wrong. Check anything important.
Lets Agents Read Public Profiles
Our agent endpoint lets AI agents search and read public Presence profiles only. Owners can see agent reads in the Agent Access Ledger.
What It Will Never Do
- Publish, post or send anything in your name without your approval.
- Email people who have not opted in.
- Move money or Trade Dollars ($T) on your behalf.
- Show an unclaimed record as verified.
- Rank Self Success against other people.
- Use countdown timers or fake urgency to push you to buy.
Decisions Made Automatically
These are the places where software decides something without a person checking each case. None of them decide access to credit, employment or essential services.
Snapshot Grades
Fixed rules, not AI. Every point traces to a signal shown on the report, met or unmet. The same record always gets the same grade.
Claims Guard
Checks drafts for risky claims. A high flag stops approval until the wording is changed. You can edit and approve again.
Leaderboards
Ranks come from counts on the record, using published rules. Society counts never show names.
Spam And Abuse Limits
Forms limit how often one address can send. A blocked attempt can be tried again later.
They use the public profile and activity on your Presence (name, contact details, description, hours, services, endorsements and records you create), plus the text of drafts you ask us to check.
When It Gets Something Wrong
Owners can correct their own record from their Account at any time, and grades and ranks update as soon as the record does. A draft can always be edited or rejected before it goes out. A published page can be unpublished by its owner.
