Control Plane
The Society Graph maps trusted relationships. The Control Plane governs what participants and agents are allowed to do within those relationships. Below is each entity’s current agent capability posture — derived from its verification, conformance tier and AI Twin status. Higher trust earns wider, scoped, revocable authority.
This is a governance model, not runtime enforcement. Every posture shown here is derived from existing verified or self-declared records — nothing new is stored. It shows what an enforcement layer would permit. Capability ≠ authority: a Twin that technically could answer is not an authorised representative until the entity has earned that authority, and all authority is scoped and revocable.
Agent-readable posture is available per entity at /api/control-plane/<entityId>. This is the concrete Place & Space expression of the F-ACT Grant/Authority principle: powerful capability does not auto-inherit powerful permissions.
