Circles
A Circle is a local chapter of verified Presences that meet, serve their place, and trade with each other first. Each trade holds a classification seat (up to 2 per trade), so the Circle covers a balanced spread of what a local economy needs. A steward approves members, and every member can post what they offer and what they want on the Circle’s trade table.
Pilot — nothing settles on-platform. No $T, $H or $E is issued here. $T prices on the trade table and the $T limits shown are indicative, proposed design parameters derived from evidence on record — not credit lines. Under THE Currencies v2.0, $T (Trade), $H (Hour) and $E (Energy) are separate: never interchangeable, never cashable, and there is no internal exchange rate. Members agree and settle any trade between themselves, off-platform.
